Sardines spread

Ingredients

- 2 cans of  sardines in oil or in tomato puree
- 8 oz. of mayo or miracle whip
- 1/2 stick of butter (4 tablespoons)
- 1/2 of onion (or one small one)- salt, pepper to taste

Directions

1. Chop onion and sardines into fine pieces.
2. Place chopped onion, sardines into bowl, mix with mayo and butter.
3. Add salt and pepper to taste. Let it cool down in a fridge. 4. Serve with any type of bread or cracker, taste delicious.

Egg spread



Ingredients



- 8 hard boiled eggs
- 8 oz. of mayo or miracle whip
- 1/2 stick of butter (4 tablespoons)

2. Place chopped onion, eggs into bowl, mix with mayo and butter.
3. Add salt and pepper to taste. Let it cool down in a fridge. 4. Serve with any type of bread or cracker, taste delicious.

Palacinky - Crepes




Ingredients (for 10 crepes)

- 2 cups of flour
- 2 cups of milk
- 4 tablespoon of sugar
- oil
- toppings

Directions

1. Whisk flour, milk and sugar together until nice and smooth texture.
2. Preheat pan (medium heat) and start making crepes. Under each crepe (big spoon of dough) put 4 tablespoons of oil.
3. Each crepe must be golden brown from both sides.

Serve with jam, fruit, chocolate, peanut butter or whip cream, and milk


Summer pasta salad

Ingredients:

- 1/2 of pound of any pasta
- 3 tomatoes
- 1/2 of cucumber
- 1 green pepper
- 2 tablespoons of mayo
- 3 tablespoons of plain yogurt
- 2 cheese sticks
- salt
- pepper

Directions:

1. Cook pasta (as said on the box). When done cool in cold water, drain and place into large bowl.
2. Cut tomatoes, cucumber and green pepper and cheese sticks into small pieces. Place into bowl with pasta.
3. Add salt, pepper to taste. Add mayo and yogurt.
4. Mix well with salad silverware and put into fridge.
5. Serve after cooling it down.

Ceske rohliky - Czech Rolls





Ingredients: 

- 0.13 gallon of milk (1/2 of liter)
- 2,2 lb of flour
- o,2 lb of oil (90 gram)
- 2 packages of Fleischmann's Active Dry Yeast (1/2 oz)
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- salt


Directions:


1. Make a leaven from 2 tablespoon of  milk, sugar and yeast. When ready mix with the rest of milk,  flour and oil, and make a dough.  
2. Form 4 little balls and let rise. After they grow twice their size roll circles (1/4 of inch thick).
3. Each circle divide into 8 triangles and paint with butter. 
4. Start making rolls by rolling triangles from wide to narrow side. 
5. Place on baking sheet (buttered) and let rise for another 20 minutes. 
6. When ready shake with sesame, cheese, caraway, salt or whatever u like.
7.  Bake for 30 minutes or till brown and golden color. (430 degrees Fahrenheit)



Leaven (Foam yeast):
All ingredients for leaven mix in warm porcelain bowl and let foam in a warm spot (80-85 degrees) for 15 minutes.

Rizek - Fried Chicken/Pork


Ingredients:

- Chicken breast/any pork meat without fat
- breadcrumbs
- 3 eggs
- flour
- salt

Directions:

1. Beat your meat into thiner pieces and salt from both sides.
2. Coat with flour, egg and breadcrumbs (3 layer coating)
3. Heat up oil in frying pan (oil in 1/4 of inch high)
4. Fry your meat until golden brown.

Serve with fries, potatoes and gravy.

Stuffed peppers

Ingredients

- green or white peppers
- tomatoes
- kielbasa or any other sausage
- block of any hard cheese
- bacon

Directions

1. Cut off top of peppers and clean them. Place them on a plate and put them in microwave for 5 minutes - they will get softer.
2. Cut sausage and cheese into small pieces and start stuffing peppers. When all your peppers done put them into baking pan, cover with bacon and slices of tomatoes.
3. Put into oven (450 degrees Fahrenheit). Bake for 30 minutes.
