Smazeny kvetak - Fried Cauliflower


- 1 large cauliflower, cut into florets
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1-2 cups of flour
- salt


1. Cut cauliflower into florets put into cold water and start boiling. When the water starts boiling turn of, strain the water and let the cauliflower cool down.
2. When the cauliflower is cold start rolling in 2 layers. First is mix of eggs, milk and flour (should be thick enough so it stays on the cauliflower), second layer is breadcrumbs.
3. Broil in 350 degrees Fahrenheit  (slowly). The cauliflower must be half way sunk in oil to be fried properly. When nice golden brown color, place on paper towel to soak the extra oil and serve with fries, potatoes or mashed potatoes.
